Plus Fun Motor Sports thank you for selecting one of our power sports product. Our commitment to you begins with a quality product and service. Please read it carefully so you understand the extent of coverage on your new power sports product.

THE LIMITED WARRANTY FOR YOUR NEW Plus Fun Motor Sports VEHICLE

You have certain rights under your New Vehicle Limited Warranty. The only express warranty that applies to your car is the New Vehicle Limited Warranty.

It is not the responsibility of Plus Fun Motor Sports to reimburse you for lost time, inconveniences, transportation losses, or any other incidental or consequential damages.

WHAT IS COVERED?

Plus Fun Motor Sports guarantees that all of the products it sells are free from material defects caused by the manufacturer, meaning that the new car will function as planned when it is delivered to the customer. This limited warranty only covers faults caused by the manufacturer.

On-the-road (street-legal) Scooter, Motorcycles, and Trikes: The Limited Warranty on your new vehicle begins the day you take delivery. Plus Fun Motor Sports will supply or, at our option, install in-house, new or rebuilt replacement parts in exchange for defective parts, as well as perform in-house repairs on defective engines at no charge for a period of one (1) year from the Limited Warranty Start Date. After expiration of the Limited Warranty, any and all repair costs are the responsibility of the owner. Plus Fun Motor Sports provides a ninety (90) day Limited Warranty on all other parts except as noted, from the Start Date.

Off-Road Vehicles: Go Karts, ATVs, UTVs, and Dirt Bikes: Your new vehicle’s limited warranty kicks in the moment you take delivery. For a period of one (1) year from the Limited Warranty Start Date, Plus Fun Motor Sports will provide or, at our discretion, install new or rebuilt parts installed in-house in exchange for defective parts. Additionally, for free, in-house repairs on malfunctioning engines will be performed. Any and all repairs after the Limited Warranty expires are the owner’s responsibility. For all other parts, unless otherwise specified, Plus Fun Motor Sports offers a thirty (90) day limited warranty starting on the Start Date.

 

 

 

Engine (Lubricated Parts):
The entire internal lubricated componentry, including the water pump, oil pump, valves, springs, guides, seats, lifters, push rods, connecting rods, rod bearings, camshaft, camshaft bearings, timing chain, crankshaft, crankshaft main bearings, and so on. Only if one or more of the above-mentioned internal lubricated components mechanically fail will the engine’s cylinder head and cylinder be covered for damage.

Transmission System (Automatic or Standard):
Every internally lubricated component found in the transmission case, including the transmission gears, flywheel, hydraulic shift linkage, kick start spindle, and kick start secondary gear. If any damage results from the mechanical failure of one or more internal lubricated components within the transmission case, the coverage will extend to the transmission case itself.

Drive System:
All internal lubricated components—differential, differential gears, driveshaft, drive axles, CV joints, axle bearings, reverse gears, and output shafts—that are housed within the drive axle housing case (if applicable). Only if one or more of the internal lubricated components contained in the drive axle housing experience mechanical failure will the drive axle housing and the reverse gearbox housing be covered.

Fuel System:
The fuel tank, fuel petcock, intake manifold, vacuum fuel pump, and carburetor are all parts of a car. Although Plus Fun Motor Sports does not currently offer any fuel-injected vehicles, the following parts will be covered by the Limited Warranty if and/or when we do: fuel injectors, electronic fuel pump, fuel rail, and fuel pressure regulator.

Electrical System:
Stator, stator pickup, magneto, voltage regulator/ rectifier, CDI, starter relay/starter solenoid and starter motor (where applicable), coil, distributor assembly and injector relay (if/when applicable).

Cooling System (liquid-cooled vehicles only):
Radiator, radiator cap, thermostat, thermostat housing, temperature indicator sensor or switch, cooling fan motor(s), water pump and water pump housing.

Brakes System:
Calipers, brake drum housings, drum brake linkage, reservoirs, rotors, and lines. Brake pad and/or linings are not covered

Chassis:
Frame, swing arms, A-arms, steering controls (linkages, rod ends, steering boxes and/or racks.)

Suspension System:
Forks and Shocks components

Intake & Exhaust System
Air Filter Box, Intake manifold, Exhaust Pipe, Muffler

Engine Case:
The engine case itself will only be covered if damage caused was solely as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components listed above.

CHECK YOUR VEHICLE

Even though Plus Fun Motor Sports cars are thoroughly inspected at the assembly plant, accidents do occasionally happen during shipping, and customers may discover that a car was damaged before they were delivered. When you take delivery of your vehicle, you must inspect it for any damage caused by shipping and note it on the Bill of Lading if the driver is present. If you fail to do this, Plus Fun Motor Sports will not replace any parts. Please notify us of any damage you find as soon as possible.

While some vehicles are fully assembled (please check the product page for details on fully assembled vehicles), the majority of vehicles are in factory packaging and require assembly. All car installations and repairs must be done by qualified professionals; Plus Fun Motor Sports disclaims all liability for any harm resulting from shoddy installation and inspection. For further information, please refer to the product page for Plus Fun Motor Sports’ offering of PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection).

MAINTAIN YOUR VEHICLE PROPERLY

Your new Plus Fun Motor Sports scooter or power sports product will come with an Owner’s Manual and a Scheduled Maintenance Guide that lists the scheduled maintenance needed for your car. In addition to preventing expensive repairs brought on by carelessness or insufficient maintenance, proper maintenance can raise the value of your car when you sell or trade it in.

It is your duty to ensure that all planned maintenance was completed and that the materials utilized either matched or exceeded the requirements of the vehicle. For parts that are impacted by the lack of maintenance, warranty coverage will be void if scheduled maintenance is not performed as directed. Keep receipts for materials and/or maintenance work that has been completed.

Coverage and Limitations:

According to Plus Fun Motor Sports’ Consumer Motor Vehicle Delivery Preparation and Inspection Form, the first assembly and preparation must be carried out. To ensure that the car is in proper working order, all work must be done by qualified technicians (such as those found in local auto repair shops, motorcycle shops, and engine repair shops) or approved dealers. The Consumer Motor Vehicle Delivery Preparation and Inspection Form, which has been signed by the technician who completed the service, must be mailed to Plus Fun Motor Sports after it is finished. Save all of your receipts because you will need to show proof of this service when making a warranty claim. In accordance with the conditions specified in this Limited Warranty and at our sole discretion, If, while using the component under the conditions and in the manner intended and/or specified by the original manufacturer, Plus Fun Motor Sports agrees to replace the covered component(s) if the component(s) is/are damaged or fails as a result of mechanical failure of one or more internal lubricated parts within the component’s stated warranty period from the Limited Warranty Start Date.
Recall that these units are designed exclusively for transportation or recreational purposes. If the vehicle is abused or misused, warranty claims may be rejected. Damages from abuse, collisions, objects striking the vehicle, driving or riding through water deep enough for water to get into the engine, fire, explosion, freezing, misuse, natural disasters, theft, vandalism, or rioting, use of contaminated or improper fluids or fuel, or modifications not done by Plus Fun Motor Sports are not covered by this liability policy.

Abuse or misuse may include:

• Jumping
• Stunt riding;
• Racing
• Riding at constant wide open throttle
• Use of vehicle as a rental unit
• Damage caused by an accident
• Use of vehicle in a manner for which it was not designed or engineered
• Abuse and or damage caused by an inexperienced rider
• Improper adjustment or operation of the clutch; examples include dragging or slipping the clutch, causing premature burning of the friction plates
• Improper adjustment and/or operation of the brakes
• Improper gear engagement, for example engaging reverse while traveling forward
• Improper maintenance or not following Scheduled Maintenance Guide
• Repairs not performed by a professional technician or an Mechanic Licensed dealer
• Use of incorrect lubricants
• Improper initial setup
• Use of aftermarket parts for repairs

The Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to maintain the vehicle, improperly maintaining the vehicle, or using the wrong part(s), fuel, oil, lubricant(s), or fluid(s). See your Owner’s Manual for correct fluid types and levels, and read the Scheduled Maintenance Guide for maintenance and service requirements.

The Limited Warranty does not cover: (1) parts and labor needed to maintain the vehicle; and (2) the replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear. You, the owner, are responsible for these items. Examples of this include: oil changes, oils; lubricants and other fluids, oil and air filters; brake lining and/or pads; tire rotations (where applicable); cleaning and polishing; clutch linings; engine tune-ups.

( For all shipping damage related warranty claim, customer must fill out warranty claim form and provide detail photo with it, warranty will not be process if the claim form or the photo is not submitted.)

If You Need Warranty Repairs:

Plus Fun Motor Sports is required to handle and carry out all warranty repairs. Always get in touch with us first! Before we can directly warrant your product for warranty issues or repairs, we require a copy of the original invoice that includes your vehicle identification number (VIN), model number, and date of purchase. We also need a copy of your Consumer Motor Vehicle Delivery Preparation and Inspection Form. Either way, you will receive an RMA number from Plus Fun Motor Sports and instructions on how to return the original parts. Based on the standards outlined in the Coverage and Limitations section of this Limited Warranty, Plus Fun Motor Sports retains the right to reject any warranty claim.

Towing Charges:

Any and all towing charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Labor Charges:

Under the terms of the Limited Warranty, Plus Fun Motor Sports shall not be responsible for labour costs associated with replacing or repairing any component or parts that are subject to wear and tear (see: Parts Not Covered by Limited Warranty) or that sustain damage from abuse, accident(s), or shipping. With the exception of a manufacturer’s defect, the Limited Warranty does not cover any damages resulting from shipping, misuse, abuse, or any other cause.

To ensure that any defects are found and verified, Plus Fun Motor Sports must receive all warranted parts for testing and inspection. Under the terms of the Limited Warranty, replacement parts will not be sent until the parts are sent to us. If you don’t, you might end up with the incorrect part. If we do not have your part to exchange and confirm the correct part numbers, we are not liable for incorrect parts sent.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred from shipping warranty components to Plus Fun Motor Sports and repaired or replacement parts to the original owner under the terms of the Limited Warranty.

Important Notes:

Plus Fun Motor Sports reserves the right to determine if damage is due to a manufacturer’s defect (defective materials or factory workmanship) and what is due to abuse or misuse of the vehicle. Plus Fun Motor Sports are not responsible for any time you lose, any inconvenience you might be caused, the loss of your transportation, loss of use, loss or damage arising from injury, rental vehicle(s), loss of profits, or loss of income, or for any other incidental or consequential damages you may have as the result of a failure of any component(s) or part(s).

This Agreement and Limited Warranty Is Null And Void If:

1. Plus Fun Motor Sports is not provided a reasonable opportunity to inspect a covered component or part prior to removal, repair, or replacement of any component(s) or part(s) covered under this Limited Warranty.

2. Damage to the component(s) or part(s) is caused by a non-covered component(s) or part(s), or by any component(s) or part(s) not purchased from Plus Fun Motor Sports.

3. The vehicle owner fails to follow the minimum maintenance and break-in requirements specified by Plus Fun Motor Sports in the Owner’s Manual and/or fails to provide proper service documents or records.

4. The vehicle is entered or used in any form of competitive riding.

No Implied Warranties or Agreements:

There are no agreements or warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those stated in this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty extends only to the original customer and is non-transferable.
