Free Shipping
For certain of our products, shipping is free. If free shipping is available, it covers the majority of locations within the continental United States. It excludes all international locations as well as US territories like Hawaii and Alaska. Additionally, it excludes a few isolated regions of the US mainland. (Note: It is extremely uncommon for the free shipping offer to apply to an address located in the continental United States. The most popular ones are Manhattan and islands that are only accessible by boat or aircraft.
Shipping to very far away states like NY, WA, SD, ND , MI, CA, MT, OR, NV, ME, MA, PA, CT, Montello, Nevada 89830, Quinault, Bronx, NY 10472, WA 98575, Scarborough, ME 04074 etc will be extra due to excessive fuel surcharges, Shipping of larger unit that goes through car carrier will have extra home delivery charges and shipping to any islands like (Key West) will be extra and we do not ship it to Hawaii and Alaska.
Your Order Processing
After your payment is received, orders are typically processed in 48 to 72 hours. Weekend and holiday orders will typically be processed within the following three to four business days. Prior to shipping, every order must successfully complete a phone verification. Completely assembled orders with the ride test package will take longer to process and may vary depending on a number of factors, including the weather and mechanical issues. It is advised to order ahead of time to avoid the rush during the holiday season due to the EXTREMELY HIGH VOLUME, which may cause additional processing time.
Shipping Information Verification
If your shipping address differs from your billing address, it must be confirmed before placing a credit card order. You will be required to sign and complete an authorization form. The shipping of your order might be delayed until we receive your signed
We will ship your order the day the funds are cleared into our account if you are paying with a wire transfer, cashier check, or money order. The customer is in charge of accurately entering their contact and shipping information; a typo could delay your order.
Shipping Carrier
Products weighing less than 120 pounds per box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground & Express, or FedEx Ground & Express.
Professional LTL trucking companies (such as UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, SAIA Freight, Daylight Freight, R&L Freight, Roadrunner Freight, etc.) will ship any merchandise weighing more than 120 pounds per box. When the customer provides contact information, the carrier driver will get in touch with them to schedule a delivery time.
Additional Surchage for high cost areas
For transport Free shipping is available in qualifying areas (additional fees apply to areas that are not covered, are expensive, or require special services; typically, less than 1% of all US addresses fall into this category).
For shipments, flat-rate shipping is available in qualifying areas (areas outside of coverage, in high-cost areas, or requiring special services may incur additional costs; typically, less than 1% of all US addresses fall into this category).
Request Cancel After Order Ship Out
If your order has not been shipped, you can cancel it. There will be a 6% cancellation fee, though. Your order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped (cancellation requests must be made at least two business days in advance of shipment in order for them to be processed; if the shipment has already been scheduled, they may not be eligible for cancellation). The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 20–35% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the item, if they insist on cancelling the order after it has been shipped or if they refuse the package.
