  2. Approval & Return Shipping: Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.
  3. Inspection & Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items
